Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes. I use Square to process all credit card transactions.

Q. Are digital images included in your package?

A. Yes. See specific details for each session type here.

Q. I don't know what to wear for my session. Can you help me?

Q. How will I receive my images?

A. You will receive a link to an online gallery via email and/or text. I use the PASS gallery system.

Q. How do I view my images on my phone?

A. Click on the gallery link that was originally sent to you via text. You should see a pop up come up in the bottom right corner to install the free mobile app, PASS. Download PASS to your phone and your images will always be accessible from your device. 

Q. How do I view and save my images on my computer?

A. Click on the gallery link that you received via email and open your gallery. Download all of your images at once by clicking on the menu in the upper left corner.

Q. Can I share my images on social media?

A. Feel free to post any images that you wish! Giving credit to the photographer is appreciated, but not required.

Q. Can I share my gallery with friends and family?

A. Of course! You can send your gallery link out to anyone and everyone. The more the merrier! Keep in mind that anyone that receives your link will be able to download and/or print your images as well.

Q. Do you have a studio?

A. No. All shoots take place on location or in the client’s home. Time of year and type of session are determining factors when choosing the best location for your session.

Q. Can I edit my photos?

A. No. Please do not add additional edits or Instagram filters to your images. All photos are hand edited by me. KC England Photography retains all copyright and may use images for marketing and portfolio purposes.

Q. Do you offer a senior rep program?

A. Yes. Details regarding the current senior rep program are announced in the Spring via Facebook and Instagram.

Q. Where is the best place to print my images?

A. I think the best (and most convenient) place for printing your images is directly though your gallery. Open your gallery and click on any image to enlarge. Right above the photo you will see “add to cart” and then you will see options of print sizes to order. These are high quality prints from a lab at very reasonable prices.

Q. I would like to print my images at Costco. Is this ok?

A. You bet. Costco does a nice job and they are very fast. Once you receive your gallery link, download your images to your hard drive. You can then upload your images to the Costco Photo Center. A little tip if you order prints from Costco…on the “review and place order” page when ordering from your computer, make sure and unselect the box that says “auto correct” under the print options section. It is automatically checked and you should uncheck that for better quality printing.

Q. Where is the best place to print announcements/cards with my images?

Q. Is it ok if we bring our dog to our family session?

A. Yes, please mention this when planning your session. Some locations will not allow animals and we will need to plan accordingly.

Q. Do you offer mini sessions?

A. Yes. Mini sessions are offered once a year in the fall. Mini sessions are offered to existing clients first (via the newsletter). Any remaining spots are then open to new clients and will be announced through Facebook and Instagram.

Q. What if it’s raining on my session date?

A. I will be watching the forecast and will be in touch with you prior to your session to confirm. If it looks like the weather will not cooperate, we can then discuss an alternative location or reschedule for a later date. There is no charge to reschedule your session based on weather. Please keep in mind that all rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
