A. Yes. Let me know and I can send you a list of local references.

Q. Are digital images included in your package?

A. Yes. See specific details for sessions here.

Q. I don't know what to wear for my session. Can you help me?

A. Yes! I want you and your family to feel beautiful and amazing at your session! Outfits that reflect you and are comfortable to wear will bring your personality to life in your images. Simple and classic looks are best. Check out this Pinterest inspiration board.

A. You will receive a link to an online gallery via email.

Q. Will you share previews after my session?

A. If time allows, yes! Previews are typically shared on Instagram stories.

Q. Do you have a studio?

A. Most sessions take place on location or in a client’s home. Additionally, there are several studio rental options in the Spokane area which are great for sessions that require an indoor look. Time of year and type of session are determining factors when choosing the best location for your session.

Q. Can I edit my photos?

A. No. Please do not add additional edits or Instagram filters to your images. All photos are hand-edited by me. KC England Photography retains all copyrights and may use images for marketing and portfolio purposes.

Q. Where is the best place to print my images?

A. I think the best (and most convenient) place for printing your images is directly through your gallery. Open your gallery and click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of your gallery. From here you will be able to order your images in many different sizes. The prints come from a reputable photo lab at very reasonable prices.

Q. Where can I order announcements/cards with my images?

A. You can order announcements and holiday cards right from your final gallery

Q. Is it ok if we bring our dog to our family session?

A. Yes, please mention this when planning your session. Some locations will not allow animals and we will need to plan accordingly.

Q. Do you offer mini-sessions?

A. Yes. Mini sessions generally take place in the Fall and are offered on specific dates. Dates for mini-session events are generally shared on Facebook and Instagram first. Be sure to follow me here to see the news first!

Q. What if it’s raining on my session date?

A. I will be watching the forecast and will be in touch with you before your session to confirm. If it looks like the weather will not cooperate, we can then discuss an alternative location or reschedule for a later date. There is no charge to reschedule your session based on weather. Please keep in mind that all rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes. I use Square to process all credit card transactions.

Q. Do you collect a deposit?

A. Yes. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking for all portrait sessions. The balance will be due on your session date. You will receive an invoice via email. Wedding deposits will vary based on the type of package you booked.

Q. Uh oh. I need to cancel or reschedule my session.

A. Life happens and sometimes there is a need to cancel or reschedule due to unexpected circumstances. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your session. Please review the cancelation policy and fee as outlined in your contract at the time of booking.
