Senior Photography Session | Snohomish, WA

I showed Ellie a few of the images on the back of my camera and almost instantly she looked at her mom and said, “I’M A SENIOR!” and there was something so beautiful about the way she saw herself at that moment in time. It’s a joy to be a tiny part of these defining moments and I love that senior photography has the power to create and commemorate milestones like these. Ellie is the oldest daughter of one of my dearest friends from high school, so this session was extra special for me. The gorgeous flower farm in Snohomish, WA was the perfect backdrop for golden hour images. I especially love the images of Ellie and her Mama at the end of the night.
Ellie is a senior at Henry M. Jackson High School in Mill Creek, WA. She’s been playing soccer since she was a little girl and will continue to play for Linfield College in Oregon his fall. She also loves to spend time with her family and her dog, Harley.
