Mia attends John Burroughs High School in Burbank, CA and wanted to take her senior pictures on her Grandparents property in Deer Park, WA while she was visiting this summer. We found so many little spots with great textures and the most gorgeous light. Mia plays club volleyball and is planning to play in college. I think she might have a tough decision to make as several schools are already scouting and recruiting her! Mia loves working with kids and volunteers in a 2nd grade classroom. She plans to major in Elementary Education. Mia also owns her own business! She started The Cottage Cupcakery with the help of her parents and operates this subscription based baking company during the summer months. Mia, if you lived in Spokane, I would most definitely be a customer! You are an inspiration and it was a joy to take these photos for you! Can’t wait to see how your future unfolds.

I wanted to include this incredible video of this session - created by Mia's Dad, Josh Staub! I had no idea that he was planning to do this until I arrived at the session. I will admit that it made me a little nervous in the beginning, but then we all just started doing our thing and I love the results!
