Ava and her family booked a family session with me just shortly after I opened my business in 2013. Ava was just 10 years old at the time. Her family moved to Saudi Arabia while she and her brother attended boarding school in Connecticut. I watched her grow up via photos from her mama’s Facebook. It was such a treat to kick off a new year of senior sessions with this beauty (all grown up now!!) while she was visiting Spokane this summer. She isn’t sure about her college plans yet, but she is very interested in pursuing the field of animation. She loves art and lovingly refers to her boarding school as an “awesome sisterhood of friends”. I told Ava that she looked like a QUEEN during her session and she responded by saying, “well, let’s not undersell it. I would say more like a goddess!”.
