Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center Birth Story
I arrived in room 2037 and met Nicole + Ed for the very first time. Although, we didn't really "meet" as Nicole was in the middle of active later and there wasn't time for introductions! Nicole had her heart set on a natural birth and she powered through the pain with a grace and an unwavering determination that kept everyone in the room in awe. Iris Campbell arrived at 2:01pm and weighed 5lbs 10oz. She was immediately greeted by grandparents and great grandparents and everyone cheered "Happy Birthday" as she made her debut! What a beautiful birth day and celebration of this brand new little life! It was an honor to be in this birthing room to witness such love and joy!
